I can't to seem to find any good dark themes sorta like this. And I've looked at several mybb theme sites to.
If you talking about using the same colors and not the logo, I would say it is perfectly legal. I'm sure there are a lot of theme colors copied from other boards, I would not use the same images (tcat, etc.) that might be a problem. Just my opinion but I am not an attorney.

I have a new dark template called Neon Bloo coming out soon.
No lol, I wasn't going to do it. * is only starting to understand mybb :p* Unless importing themes, with authors permisson, is easy to do.
I was just wondering if it would be possible, and if someone had a suggestion as to find a theme like that.

Hi,
What restrictions do you have on porting ExtremeDark Red graphics and .css to a MyBB forum theme. ?
I would like to use them to create a theme for that forum software, but the link in the index takes one to a site that promotes hard-core porn.
I don't want to include that link in any credits etc.

It redirects to ghs.gamesmax.org, that was my old website and domain (I didn't renovate the domain payment, so it was sell). My new website is http://www.ghsehn.cjb.net/, you can put a link to it in the footer.
I won't be doing it, but there are the conditions that the author requires from anyone who does want to port the Graphics and .css.
