where do i download the latest version and how do i put it on my website? i have been trying to figure out how to do that all night long

Ok so I downloaded the newest version but i am not sure i am understanding how to upgrade my forum. The myBB i have came on my website as an install. I am "thinking" i have to go in and change the files on my /fcorums to the files i just downloaded? Is that correct or is there an faster easier way to do it. This would be great to know as well bc im sure it would make adding themes go by a ton faster.

You will be running the upgrade.php and not install.php. Just follow the steps as recommended in the Documentation/upgrade.html which comes with the latest version.
