I have tried to install this several times and can not seem to get the index page to show. I can see the admin page without a problem.

Your forum loaded just fine for me
The index page is loaded, but your CSS is all screwed up. It seems like your host is trying to add the advertisements here where the CSS is generated:

I suggest you try changing the CSS medium to use the filesystem instead of the database. First login to your forum via FTP and make a folder in your MyBB directory called "css" (without the quotation marks). CHMOD the folder 777 so that the server can write to it. Then go to
Admin CP --> Board Settings --> Change --> Server & Optimization Options and change the "CSS Medium" setting to "Filesystem".
If that still doesn't work, then I think you need to find a new host that doesn't force ads
