I want to have a title to a forum that incorporates the name of the user that's currently logged into the board. For example:

{$lang->welcome_back} - Announcements

Is it possible to add "fields" into category titles through the "Board Settings" menu - specifically "Welcome Message Settings"? I know you can do it through template redesigns but this doesn't help with settings that need to be made through "Board Settings" (ie. specifically "Welcome Message Settings" again)

The forum title, not the "Child forum" titles that appear within it
