If you're referring to a host where you can install and run MyBB and get great performance, then my friends at
www.hostican.com ought to do the trick.
My signature includes a link to a site where we run a fairly busy MyBB forum with great results.
Most free web hosts only offer ~10MB MySQL space - that's probably your main issue when going with a free host.
I think
http://110mb.com/ allows larger MySQL DBs - they're fairly reliable, but they're signup is annoying, and I really don't like their attitude towards certain things (they ban many popular scripts, including phpMyAdmin because "they use too many resources" - just be aware of that (though MyBB is fairly fast)).
