Can someone tell me if MyBB is right for me?
What i want done on my forums are the following:
ability to limit admin access (not user permissions but admin access to certain blocks)
Unlimited subforums
Board Name on Index page a link back to the INDEX.php file. (currently it isn't a clickable link)
Navigations: Memberlist, Search, Help, etc have a colored table instead of transparent like it is now.
Easy to skin
Auto PM sent to new users upon registration
Members who visited the forums today
Group color legend like IPB/vB
MyBB is right for you. You can make what you want.
If you cant make, you could ask here about it and we solve your problems...
Those features are available, albeit the last three in mods. You can really easily edit the template to make a link back too 8D

Needs a code modification for this.

You would need to modify this through the Template Manager (the 'header' template)

Well I don't know how proficient you are at HTML/CSS. If you're a complete beginner, there will be a lot more learning involved. However, the template/theme system allows extensive customization of the looks of your forum (you can practically change how anything is located and how anything looks) once you are familiar with the system.
