when i tired to install any plugin like an shoutbox, after i active it and then the mybb skin as gone and only the text of my forum still there...

here my forum on www.deafworld.byethost18.com

how can i fix this problem....

are you sure all the files are there, any files missing, didn't upload. and did u change the chmod permission of any file?

Admin CP --> Board Settings --> Change --> General Configuration --> Board URL
make sure this is right
