Everything I put in inc/plugins, it won't show up in the Plugin Manager

I only advise everybody to have a test forum where they test any plugin first--specially those plugins that modify templates. Also, it is not a good idea to install a plugin if one doesn't really need it. The more plugins one installs, the more potential problems are likely to emerge.
