I would like to put the message banners like you have on the index page of this site. Located at the top under the logo and before the forums categories.
The yellow one is: Latest News: MyBB 1.2.9 Released - 10/07/2007
The green one is: Check out the new MyBB Mods site!
The Blue one is: Are you on the MyBB mailing list? - Sign up for notification of new MyBB releases and updates.
