Rather than having to manually uninstall it, you could have an uninstall script which removes all the tables and then most of the files on MyBB (Save the uninstall.php file).

Even Microsoft doesn't provide an uninstall script for Windows. The answer is final and It will not change

If you don't have phpMyAdmin it's freely available here: http://www.phpmyadmin.net . That should solve all your problems.
