A converter for most BB's to myBB is in development at the moment, they were taking on Beta testers but this is now closed as they are waiting on the next version of myBB before releasing it.

You may get lucky and find someone who can help with the conversion otherwise it is a waiting game I am affraid

I don't believe the Merge System supports UBB.

If you could convert UBB to a system that the Merge system can convert from, you could do your conversion that way.
