Would it be possible to stop new users posting links and having links in their profiles until they have reached a certain post count.
The idea is to stop people/bots registering and posting pages full of spam links.
Is this possible.
Also as an addition I would like specify a certain forum section that this doesn't apply to as we have users pasting HiJackThis logs that contain lots of links.
