hmmm this is most odd, am almost ready to launch my site, however I just tried out the feature of reporting a thread and then clicking the moderation link which appears near the header.

Once I click the link I get this error:

I haven't added or touched moderation.php, so anyone got any ideas?

Try deleting, then re-uploading moderation.php - see if that helps...
