Thanks Destroyer. I thought about that then I remembered reading something about not separating the Admin folder.
So do I open the folders and upload each file separately?
Select everything in the "Upload" directory from the .zip archive and then upload them.
CHMOD ./inc/settings.php and ./inc/config.php to 666 and CHMOD ./uploads/ and ./uploads/avatars/ to 777.
Open up the upload folder and upload the contents of it to your web server. You can do this separately, or upload them all (select all) at once.
I DID IT!!! Its up and running.
