Hello,
I've decided to close my board for a maintenance.
Now, I've finished my maintenance, and I've decided to open the forum, however when i go to
Next Chapter - Community Forums Control Panel » Board Settings
---Board Online / Offline and chose NO, Forum still counted as closed.

I'm kind of "stucked" in closed mode, and i would like to open my forum.

Are all your files correctly CHMOD'ed?

Well, they was on installation, but now they aren't.
* Oded Dwek slaps slaps himself :X around a bit with a large trout.

How i didn't though about that...(started to think about writing some sql queries xD).
