how can i give moderators power to edit posts, delete , and other ? i have mybb 1.2.7 version . can u explain me? thx

You should take a look at the upgrading page:

Make sure your user is in the moderator group and that he is assigned to a specific forum.

Just a note, a moderator need not be in the moderator usergroup to moderate a forum. What gives a user the permission to edit/delete/view IPs, etc is the moderator permissions located in Forum Management.
