MyBB Community Forums

I'm trying to move MyBB to a new host using the "hard" way using PHPMyAdmin. So far I've backed up the database and restored it with no errors and transferred all files to the new server. However, when I try to access the forum it gives a 404 error even though I'm sure that "index.php" is present. Does anyone know what's up?

I'm an idiot. It appears I uploaded the entire forum outside public_html

I'll leave this one open in case something comes up.
