Hey, Sith717. You keep changing hosts and it is high time you knew that those free hosts are vulnerable, and their Cpanels are not easy to deal with.
I advise you to stick to the default theme for a while because whatever theme you install will have its problems with the latest version of mybb. You may not, for example be able to log out.
Now, if you insist on a different theme, you will have to "import" that theme from your ACP -> themes -> import. Also, make sure to upload the images which come with the theme to the images directory.

If You have Imported your theme and Uploaded the images into the correct file. You should be able to go to your

ACP>>Themes>>Modify / Delete>>click on the drop down menu of the Theme you want and Click>>Set as Default

The Page will refresh, go to your forums and you may have to refresh Your theme should be working right>>if it is not go back to your File Manager and see what folder you put your images in, If they are correct.

ACP>>Thtmes>>Modify / Delete >> Drop down menu>> Edit this Theme>>Hit go>>theme options>>Image Directory see what folder this is set to>> **if it is correct try reinstalling the images in your file manager

** You may have to clear your cache.
