Anyways~ I downloaded the 417 - MyCode in Sig, and couldn't know who to this part:

Did you leave out a part of the instructions? There should be something that needs to be added to that file after that section. You just need to open the usercp.php file in a text editor (other than Notepad), find that section you quoted and then either add or change what is listed next (that you didn't quote).

edit: and I couldn't find the mod you're talking about, so you'll need to either supply a link to that mod or copy/paste more of the instructions.
