Something like Displaying News on our homepage, any ideas how should I go doing it?

It should come from a 'specific' forum where we can select the ID of the forum where we want to pull the poll from.

yes, i was looking at it too, but plugin is not the same as displaying it seprately.

It does display it separately

I want it on a separate page, not onto the forum itself.

My home page is not my forum index page.
