but it looks it doesnt have anything to do with mybb. The advertize a forum software under the name mybb

that's not correct.
It's right that the site doesn't have anything to do with MyBB. But they do not offer a forum sofware under that name. At MyBB.de you can register and after that you get a forum on their server with ads. But it's not MyBB.

lol. So many copies! Doesn't Chris have some copyright over myBB, myBBoard, and My Bulliten Board?
He has copyright to My Bulletin Board and mybboard.com, MyBB is just a shorthand way of saying it.
