Hello everyone,
I have a few hunred users registered on my forums. Some of them have been complaining that they can not reset their password. More precisely, everything works fine until they receive their new password. The new password does not work. I have been resetting their password for them (in Admin CP) for several weeks and I would like to have it fixed eventually.
I was able to reproduce the problem. I created a Test Account 1 on which the password I receive every time I try to reset it does not work. I also have a Test Account 2 which works just fine. I used phpmyadmin to compare the two accounts but I do not find any significant differences. At this point, I do not know what do to next. I will appreciate any help. Thank you.
