If so, you can send a mass pm ONLY from Admin CP --> (Users and Groups) Mass Email but select Delivery Method = Private Message
If you want to send just to some users without login to Admin CP --> read

To send mass pm to a group from Control Panel (not Admin CP)... in this version (1.29) it's not possible.
I don't know... maybe in 1.4... who knows !?

Yeah you can send PMs to multiple recipients in MyBB 1.4 through the User CP, but you have to enter in the usernames manually (you can't send it to a group just by typing in the group name). The Admin CP is better for that mass-mailing stuff
