I get this error when i try to access them

mySQL error: 1016
Can't open file: 'mybb_online.MYI'. (errno: 145)
Query: UPDATE mybb_online SET uid='1', time='1117669621', location='/', ip='192.168.1.1' WHERE (ip='192.168.1.1' AND uid='1') OR (ip='192.168.1.1')

I think a file got damaged by the server, any idea what file i should be replacing and how to keep my data

.myi is the extension that mysql uses to store the data/indexes/information. So yes, it looks like your file(s) got damaged. Ask your host about it...
You might be able to do a check/repair on the table through PHPMyAdmin.

i tried accessing and replacing some of the files but it didn't seem to fix it

go to phpmyadmin, check all tables, fix all tables, optimize all tables & done
