Hello,

I would like to move my forum from the main directory to a sub-folder, how do i do this to make sure the forum still functions propley in the sub-folder? because i've attempted this with IPB before, and the forum links didn't function correctly after i moved it - i assume its the same with mybb?

You just copy all your folders and files to your new forum directory,
add the new directory to your old url in the ACP -> Change -> General Configuration wherever your old url is,

It should then work. Did I miss anything, guys? I would also recommend turning off your old forum before you attempt it, so there's no chance of it accessing your database and then delete all the folders/files from the old location after you get your new location up and running.

Make sure you CHMOD the required files again if they were chmoded back to default.
