Mybb doesn't come with htaccess file. It's not needed.
Seems the problems you may be having are host related and not mybb.
And as someone already pointed out...DELETE your .htaccess file. Better yet just rename it to something lik old.htaccess and that should also fix the problem. Whatever you are using htaccess for...you are implementing it wrong.
