One of my members says the e-mails sent from my forum end up on his junk folder, and a way to fix this is for him to add the forum's email to the contact list.

However, I can't figure out the e-mail address that the mybb email system uses...

When I open up an e-mail from my forum it just says My Forum Name @

Just send yourself an email through the ACP, and then you'll know what it is!

If you're saying you've already tried that and can't see the email, that's just weird. Try to reply to that email, and it should show the address then.

Or can you open the "Properties" of the email sent to you. Then read the info' provided/shown.
