Hi there, I'm looking to hire a mybb developer that would feel comfortable with making some mods.
the 1000 ft view is to change the forum into a bit more of a myspace-style blog page for each user.
the mods would be the following:
-when the user logs in, they are taken to their profile page directly rather than the forums home page.
-the profile page would have in the template, a section which acts/looks like their own blog area. where the user can make edits to their blog there. (this would in essence be a personal forum that shows up on the user profile.
-putting the mail / buddy list etc controls of the cpanel, onto the profile page for the logged in user. (but have them removed in the public profile so only the owner can see read mail links).
If you think you can do this, please let me know. The pay would be 35 per hour. Thanks.
