I forgot my admin password!
I have been dealing with so many accounts and passwords in the last 2 weeks that I forgot my admin password to the board, anyway to redeem it?
You just can't enter your ACP but you're still logged in at the front end?
You can use the 'lost password' action;
http://<yourforumroot>/member.php?action=lostpw
When you aren't logged in, you can do it, too
where do I put that line?
In the address bar of the browser you're using? =P And please replace <yourforumroot> with the actual forumlink.

well I dont have any members yet cause i havent launched the site yet but I did modifications and added contents
I have FTP access tho so anyway I can delete a file or edit a php file?

Cookie setting problem most likely.
I dont get any errors when I enter that link that Lex gave me but I get the regular page of the forum with this message that I put up
"This bulletin board is currently closed. The Administrator has specified the reason as to why below.
Coming Soon, Please check back later."
could it be because i have this message up that I cant do " forgot my password" function
Upload this file to your forumroot and open it in your browser; it will echo a message ... then go to your lostpw page.
