Where do I list the user names that cannot be registered?
I'm either blind or hallucinating - I think I've seen it somewhere but cannot find now....

Don't think you've seen it somewhere =P Aint in MyBB by default nor a plugin exists for it;
=> Move to 'Code Modifications - Requests'
