Im trying to tie the myps plugin to work with a script kinda like the one on proxy.org. So that users will be able to submit multiple urls from their user cp and the Urls submitted expire after 30 days. would anyone be able to program this?

Anything is possible but exactly what script are you referring to? And this sounds like a custom coding job you would either have to hire someone for or write it yourself.
