Hi staff,
These days our forum member is facing a problem...
that is, when we receive new pm then pop up is not working...

Please help me to solve the problem....

So, basically, you're saying that when a particular user receives a new PM, the Javascript popup message doesn't display?

Check to see if the option is disabled in the UserCP. Also, Javascript needs to be enabled on the client computer for it to show up.

I checked everything....but same result for all user of www.mydreamtech.com
