i would like to have a plugin where users can have a choice of there email or answering a secret question (which they set on registeration)

also when they want to change there recovery question they must wait 1 week before it activates but they may cancel the new recovery question anytime they want

who ever can code this will be mostly aprriciated

i need it for mybb 1.2.9
