um.... I have no knowledge whatsoever of mysql, php, or installing to my site.... and I don't have winzip...
Do you have a webhost yet?
Yes, but it's the only free one with cpanel. The mysql database is always down.
If mysql is always down, I'd suggest looking for a new host. I can provide you with free web hosting if you want.
