Hello

Please help me to modificate register system and all the choice must fill in, if not next process can't be work

At the registration i want insert like gender,location,status single/married/single parent etc

And if all the choise fill in, everything choice can be showed at user profile like attachment

i dont like if at user profile >>> gender : undiclosed must be >>> gender : male or female or single parent
