I've been getting this at the bottom of pages when I makes posts and also when I do any maintenance from the admin cp.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class databaseEngine in /home/sinosl94/public_html/inc/db_mysqli.php on line 13


it doesn't seem to be having any actual effect on the site other than just showing up but I still want to know what it is and how I can fix it.

Are you configured to use MySQL or MySQLi (MySQL Improved) ?

You can check in your /inc/config.php file.

Thanks a million, I checked and it was configured for mysqli when it should ahve been mysql. I edited the file and the problem as disappeared. I guess when my webhost upgraded to a new cp somehow it changed the file. Being as I've never had this problem until recently.
