I've had several members give bad reputation points to users who did not deserve it. As well,some members report to me that other users are falsely giving bad reputation. I'd like to be able to see who gave the reputation, and be able to modify the points(or delete them).

Is there a way? Or is reputation not able to be moderated?

We had the same problem here at MyBB, you can always disable it. Having it enabled will allow n00bs to do stuff like that.

How do you disable it?

Go to Admin CP > Users and Groups > Manage Groups, choose Registered and set "Can Give Reputations to Users" to No. You can also adjust other settings related to the reputation system there and also for other groups.
