So yes, When people try to register on my forum, It says I have to use Image Verification.

But when they click register and 'I agree' instead of coming up with an image, it just says 'Image Verification.'

Does your host have GD installed on their server?

Go to your forums AdminCP, and then click on the number next to "PHP Version" and see if "gd" is listed anywhere on that page.

Oh, I see what my problem is now.
I need to upgrade my PHP package. :]
