getting this errors while upgrading:
(none) ip /forum/install/ Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 500

and again while changing CHMODS getting this one:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/install/upgrade.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

NEED Help ASAP please!

You should contact your host about this - It seems to be a chmod/file server error which would be their realm
