I'm wondering if the Yahoo Instant messenger emoticons are coyrighted..

I'm not sure if smilies go under "copyrighted designs" or "brand features." I highly doubt it though. However, the smilies might be under another license.

I think that page is more for the media who want to use the Yahoo! logo on their commercial productions (newspaper, TV, etc)
