What causes the Copyright to change to this...

Meaning how does the  get added to it? And which template do I need to edit this out if possible?

Whoever  is needs to get off the footer template. Typo in the design I guess.

Looks like an encoding issue when the template was either exported or imported.

Are all your databases UTF8?

To be honest MrDoom, I wouldn't know where to look for that info'.

Yeh that's an encoding issue. However templates shouldn't be exported with the © symbol it should be & copy; (without the space)
