i changed the server and the hosting company , i had an error trying to restore the database , so i split it , everything went normal , but arabic letters , in the threads and the usernames were all replaced by questions mark what should i do to restore everything normal ?

Have you tried asking your new web host if they can upload/install the database for you?

i just sent an email to godaddy asking them to help me , but i dont think they will

Make sure your database encoding was set to the encoding you had on your old forum.
