It's been so long since I tried MyBB (wont download it until 1.4 is out) so I'm not sure if its already in. A forum specific language would be a good idea. For example, here there are International Forums, these forums should be presented in their respective languages.

And while your at it, if its not implemented already, Forum Specific Themes.

You can override the user's theme selection when you edit the theme.
