Hey,

Ran into some problems with plugins. Where is the data located that states plugin "on".. I'm not asking about the plugin manager as I need to bypass it.

It's stored in the datacache.

Alternatively, you can define NO_PLUGINS before including /inc/init.php, though there seems to be a minor bug with MyBB using NO_PLUGINS (PHP seems to destroy objects in the wrong order...)

Ok great, It took me a few hours but it is fully rebuilt.
