How do I genereate thumbnails for my threads?

Since I changed host it no longer had the thumbnails when I click "Insert into Post".

It instead showed a link to download the image.
Like this:
xxx.jpg (Size: 73.46 KB / Downloads: 3)

Have they got GD enabled in their php settings? Go to the Admin CP and click "View PHP Info", then scroll down and see if GD is enabled.
