Rss Syndication have any connection with php Safe mode?

H!I well i wanted to know that rss syndication have any connection with php safe mode ! because one of my forum in now on a new host where the safe mode is restricted! i mean it was off on old host too but send mail php was allowed but here fully its off! and RSS to POST plugins don't work! so can you help me if they have any connection between safe mode restriction!

The RSS To Post plugin might be affected by safe mode yes. Go to Admin CP --> Maintenance --> Cache Manager --> rss2post_errors. See if there is anything in there.
