After I send e-mail from admin CP to 1500 members, the admin folder is locked and no permission is allowed. I can neither delete or reload it. I get a warning when I try to go to admin Cp:"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/admin on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." Is this problem related with hosting? What's the cause? Can U help me?

It sounds like your host may have disabled the admin section because of the amount of e-mails you sent.

Contact them and ask is this the case.
