In Opera, it's *below* the content. Dunno how it looks in IE/FF, though (haven't checked it yet).

It must be in the tweaks Opera 9.50 has made to the rendering core. I'll post on the Beta forum about this issue (since Opera 9.2x does it fine).

I've never had anything but problems with Opera.
They need to test their software better before releases come up.
