Well HI!
i want to know some technical information now!

In my forum! i want all of my members to see the index page! with total categories, forums. But when they click on a forum! it say you must register before you see the posts! as u see this feature is in vBulletin!

how can i bring this feature in my MYBB forum??

change the permission for the ''guests'' usergroup.

remove the mark from the viewing permission from the usergroup permission

login to your admin cp > manage groups > click "go" next to your registered group > change the permissions in here to enable registered members to view boards ect

the same can be done for guest group if you want them to, or just allow guests to view your forum but cant post.

there is also a mod that you can add that allows guests to view a set number of threads and then after x ammount is reached they get a message telling them to register to view more. http://mods.mybboard.net/view/guest-access
