I posted an attachment however wanted to change it a little. I clicked on the Remove button, got a message to say my post was edited however the attachment was still there.

Can you retrace your exact steps and reproduce this? If so, post your steps here so we can follow them too.
I can't seem to do it myself. Works fine every time.
